Newton Commercial was formed in 1979 by Richard and Vera Newton, in response to demand from classic car enthusiasts for hand crafted, original specification trim. The company celebrated its 25th year in 2004 and has grown to become the largest company of its kind in the UK. In 1990 the company was recognised by British Motor Heritage Ltd as an approved specialist. Our expertise is recognised worldwide and we currently supply all major markets including Europe, Japan, USA, and Australasia. All Newton Commercial products are designed to original specification and are made using only approved materials. The company has a modern, purpose built 20,000 square foot factory based in Suffolk. Here skilled craftsmen and women, using the latest technology available to our industry, carry out all aspects of cutting, sewing and panel trimming. We currently supply original specification trim for the Morris Minor, Mini, MG, Triumph, Volkswagen and New Mini marques to all these major markets.
